Terms of Service - Allstate Plumbing, Heating & Fireproofing

Welcome to the website of Allstate Plumbing, Heating & Fireproofing ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or utilizing our plumbing, heating, or passive fireproofing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Mechanical & Safety Services

Allstate provides licensed contracting services including plumbing system routing, boiler/heating setup, and passive fire barrier installations. All on-site activities are governed by specific work orders, estimates, or contracts signed by the property representative and an Allstate manager.

2. Estimates and Billing Policies

Estimates: Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
Changes: Any deviation from the original signed scope of work due to site conditions or inspector orders will require a written Change Order.
Payment: Payment terms are set in each contract. Standard residential services require payment upon completion. Outstanding balances are subject to collection actions under New York and Connecticut state lien laws.

3. Code Compliance and Access

The customer agrees to provide Allstate technicians full access to the utility rooms, piping grids, and structural framing during scheduled work windows. While we guarantee compliance with Westchester, Putnam, and CT building codes, we are not responsible for pre-existing violations on the substrate or structural systems.

4. Limited Warranty and Liability

Allstate warrants new installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to equipment (boilers, pumps, intumescent products). Our liability for any failure, leak, or fire protection deficiency is limited to the repair of the installed system and shall not exceed the contract value of the service rendered.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of our mechanical or fire protection activities shall be resolved in the state courts of Westchester County, NY, or Fairfield County, CT.
